R.A. Tracer may incorporate the use
of separate injectors for each individual type of isotope. The injectors
are positioned in sequence in the frac line as close to the wellhead as
possible. Each injector is controlled by a separate control box and have
immediate shut-off and start up capabilities. The operator controls the
sequence and rate of injection from a distance of up to 200 feet.
Capable of injecting up to five (5) separate isotopes.
Positioned directly in frac line eliminating contamination of frac
equipment.
Certified and tested to 103.5 MPa (15,000 psi) working pressure and 155.25
(22,500) test pressure.
Does not rely on single pumper to distribute radioactive material.
Remote controlled from up to 200 feet from the wellhead and pumping
equipment.
Safety check valve ensures contents are contained before the frac and
during the flush.
